unfulfilled, all 5 channels quick reference for work still to do — flag a hold instead of fulfilling if it's not going out yet

05 — Holds

weather holds + tracking pending flagged on purpose, not overlooked — release once you have the real tracking number

Bulk release weather holds

Paste a list of order numbers and tracking numbers. Tab or space separated, one per line. The system will look up each order in Commerce7, delete the placeholder "weather hold" fulfillment, and create a real one with the tracking number you provide.

Flag as a hold

Hold type Note (optional — e.g. "held until late Sept/Oct")

This creates a placeholder fulfillment in Commerce7 right now (carrier "Other", tracking "weather hold") so the order stops looking unfulfilled to anyone else logging into C7 directly. Only flag an order this way if you're sure it's not going out today — a false flag means it could get overlooked for months.

Flag multiple orders as a hold

Hold type Note (optional — applied to every selected order)

This creates a placeholder fulfillment in Commerce7 for each selected order, one at a time with a short pause between each so Commerce7's API rate limit isn't hit. Only flag orders you're sure aren't going out today — a false flag means it could get overlooked for months.
